I've heard a set up with 4 10" TS85S MTX's and they do fairly good. I hate how the L5's and L7's sound. Look at Hifonics Atlas squares
I didnt notice them sounding any different than a round sub, except a lil better low end extension ported. They sound shitty sealed thoughI've heard a set up with 4 10" TS85S MTX's and they do fairly good. I hate how the L5's and L7's sound. Look at Hifonics Atlas squares
Your observation is that the MTX square subs have more low frequency extension than all round subs?I didnt notice them sounding any different than a round sub, except a lil better low end extension ported. They sound shitty sealed though
He said "a round sub", which implies one. He did forget to mention which one so it's still an open case...Your observation is that the MTX square subs have more low frequency extension than all round subs?
No, "a round sub" implies a sub with the shape being round, as in all round subs. Either way, his observation seems to be far too general to take seriously. He said "a round sub", which implies one. He did forget to mention which one so it's still an open case...
whats wrong with something different? If you want 'more' cone area, just up-size to the next sized round sub and avoid the whole square speaker fad.
