how about yellow top? I think local auto shops example auto zone got them there like 152 with taxes the only good thing they can sell the one for my car and i can have my over priced battery that day ahhahah

man that kinetik 1400 is looking right they talk a big game about it any one got one i think i will get that amazon got one for like 200 to my house its just 200 for a battery thats alot cuz i can get a ho alt for that price then i would need wires then i would have to get a good battery any ways. if i get that battery can i run alittle more power u guys think?

Most alts that are 200$ arent gonna put out there rated power and are test with high rpms. At idle u will pry have less than ur stock alt puts out.

U need to upgrade ur wire first and do the big 3. If that doesnt solve ur issues time for a new batt. If that doesnt do it, add a batt to the back. And last but not least, get a new QUALITY alt, not some peice of shit ebay alt.

well im not talking about a ebay special. Yes my man most alts reach there max amp readins at high rpms like 50 plus mph. SO a 200 amp alt will do like 100 at idle or so u know what thats better then my stock 75 amp alt does like 45 at idle ahhahah. if i run another battery that will make my alt work harder and put a more starin on that it will have anothere thing to charge. It all goes hand and hand a ho alt up graded wires extra battery u gota do it all if u got the money.Im gona get a nice new battery (kinetik 1400 ) that is a good start over my oem motor craft shit battery

ok let me know how that works out for you...i kno from first hand experience that a "upgraded" battery wont help if the wire isnt conductive enough to get the current to the amp.

Like seriously 1mtx1 you are a complete retard. You cannot just buy a new alternator and not replace the big 3 and not have a new battery. And you dont get max output from an alternator at redline?????? Most ary anywhere from 1200-2000 rpm. Not at "50 mph"

Just stfu and listen for a minute man. Listen to what people are trying to help you out with instead of saying what you think is right.

Its like trying to argue that 2+2=5. WRONG. You dont know shit so do some research.

But if you arent willing to accept peoples help and do some research, then buy a new alternator to power your 400 watt amp. GREAT IDEA!!

Wow i understand i gota upgrade the wire .First i gota find time see im off to work soon. I am hearing what people say u dont gota atack me bro keep that shit for some one eles please. I was thinking that about the battery if i just drop it in with stock wires. I dont know if that really would do much cuz 205 dollers is alot for me no . thanks guys im sure i will do the big 3 next weekend.

Upgrade ur wires in ur car first....postive and negitives runs with 0/1 gauge.

If that doent help do the big 3 with 0/1gauge.

If that doesnt help...new batt up front.

if that doesnt help, try one in the back.

last but no least a nice, quality alt.

x2 or the powermaster d5100, thats what i have, but they are both 200+

the optima 51r is like 160 from auto barn
