Ok fellas, what do you guys do about your battery terminals?

Id like to keep my wiring looking clean. Ill have a run of 4 gauge to my amp, then ill be doing my big 3 plus the two positive wires that are already on my car. I got a battery terminal off the internet that accepts 2 4ga wires and 2 8 gauge, which are maybe 10 gauge at the very most.

I dont want ring terminals all over the place, if I can help it. Any home made deals you guys have done?

Your best bet is to contact toolmaker or Geoff Cayemberg at project DB and have them make you some custom terminals. By the sounds of it you are using a wet cell battery, however. I would get an AGM battery that uses a bolt/threaded rod as a terminal instead.

Yes, I am using wet. Any close idea of how much they would run? I just dont want to have $60 in terminals, ya know.

That's really the only way to have it look clean...honestly ring terminals don't look that bad, and no offense but why do you really care it's under your hood lol.

Ring terminals are your friend. They are going to stay connected a lot better

well, all of that is true. Im just trying to keep it as clean and keep it looking as arranged as possible. I may end up dong it, I just dont like the look of having 3 stacked rings hangin off the side of a post. Just seeing if there were any better options out there since we have guys running one run of 8 ga, and some running 8 runs of 1/0...

I have an extra RF battery terminal if you want to buy it. It's brand new in box, never been opened. Accepts two 0 gauge inputs and two 8 gauge inputs. I ended up going with a knu terminal bc it takes three zero gauge.

Im really needing all 4 ga. Im going to my friends machine shop to see if we can do anything with this one I have right now actually. Ill keep ya in mind if this wont work. What do you want for it shipped?

$20 shipped. They go for $30-35 on ebay. It will accept 4 gauge too.

I tried the clean look.. Didn't work out to good. Wasted a lot of cash on terminals I couldn't use. They don't have good resale value cause shipping hurts
