Battery help

I need to buy a batter because the battery I got under the hood it is too small for the car.

I am planning on buy 1 2,000-3,000 watts amp. Which battery do you guys recommend?

Optima or any other battery. Remember this is for my main battery under the hood.

if your going to run that much power your going to need more than a single battery under the hood. and most likely youll need an alt upgrade

you get to the 2000 watt plateau you need about a 180 amp alt unless you plan on doing some charging often

I have had mine since early 04, when using it under the hood you need to account 800 to 1400 watts for the car.
