battery died---

killed brand new battery in 3 days. lucky i had a warranty on it still. do u think i died because of the 2 amp setup ihad instead of one big mono to runs both subs.

Did it die overnight or while you were driving? Did you notice that the lights were getting dimmer and dimmer each day? Were there severe voltage drops while you were driving? Car ever cut off? I dont mean to ask you like you are a noob, just getting the info.

I doubt it was because of the amps..

i got a cheap reg. battery from advance auto parts. nothing fancy

AAP in my home area is known for installing bad batteries then trying to tell people they need to buy an alt and a regulator and this and that until they have robbed them of some serious cash.
