Battery and wire

I got rid of my Fubars and got a Sundown 1500d and a single 12 thats comparable to a RE SX. I'm working towards getting two but I need a few opinions. I have a good battery, and a 140amp alt. I want to run two subs@ .5 ohms but I'm worried about current draw. I have a 150 amp circuit breaker that works good but would it pop at .5? my lights barely dim and I have 4 gauge power wire and the big 3. besides changing the breaker, would I need to upgrade my battery and wire? What and where should I get the battery and wire?

i think you should change the big3 and the power wires from 4 gauge to 1/0

I'm getting 1/0 gauge from welding supply I think...

i tell you one thing.

Dont go cheap on the wires. if a fire starts thats the first place you look at the wires.

And what exactly makes the copper conductor in "car audio wire" special? If you can explain why wire that costs 2-3x as much is better then I'll buy your argument.

And "more flexible" isn't inherently better.

change all the wires to 1/0

Well all I need is the wire. Knu wants $90+ shipping for there kit or I can get 30 feet for around $60 shipped. I have terminals and everything else.
