what did you use to drill the holes in the plexi without melting it? Box looks great though. I do feel like it needs more port area but it could be just the pictures.

I used a glass bit.1/4" bit. I used high rpm. And yea box is only 17.5 inches of port per cube.

Where did you run the 1/0 through the firewall? Did you drill your own hole?

I have a 2000 XLT and might install my amp tomorrow.

i went through the firewall where the throttle line goes. right above the pedals
