when using a dvc sub and wiring it up parallel, is Re the only thing i need to change... example, JL says use 1.625 for parallel and 6.5 for series for the 13w6v2

also what about Z, if the sub is dual 4 ohms, do i enter 4 or 2 for Z

if i put in 4 for Z its a lot louder (note.. i do have the Dual Voice Coil box checked)

Individual Z-4, Series-8, Parallel-2. And no, you need to change Re for each wiring combo as well...
