Bartenders...need some guidance

I wouldn't laugh if someone looked up a drink...although I am a "x and y" type of guy...so there's ot much confusion.

i think it helps the owners insurance to be honest, had someone almost fatally injured with a glass bottle a few years ago...

close only counts in horse shows and hand grenades ! besides most of the time the guys had it coming.

I'd make my own book. Lamiate pages w/ pics. I'd be afraid a real book would get wet.

Thus laminated recipes of popular drinks would be best.

if it got wet, I'd get another one.

If you have been a bar back for that long, you should have been paying attention to what the bartenders were doing..... nothing like on the job training.....

I 100% agree with the cans over bottles issue. I was the head doorman at a busy bar for the last 2 1/2 years and the number of times I saw a bottle or a glass used as a weapon was absolutely incredible.
