actually Banda released a D class before Stetsom, (Stetsom is a very old company but always produced small and cheap amps, until they started the D class line, after Banda.)

SD on the other hand developed the first D class at around year 2000 but at that time only competitors used them, wasn't sold to public.

yes we will have them very soon prices are not cheap but comparable to the other big power amp brands

the one rob will be testing was a used amp we picked up in brazil when we went for finals

so does anyone know if you can get these in the us and if so for how much?

Not bad at all! Pretty stout fawking amp to say the least!

With started imp at .5 and rise to 2ohm 7300! Very impressive and beastly heavy!!

It also gave me a personal best outside the lanes with 151.6. This amp and the Stetsom both are just drop ins. Niether have been fully explored but I gotta say I was impressed for sure. The gain setting on the banda was the same as Hal had set it in his car in Brazil. lol

gotta hand it to Rob....always throws a great show...we had a great time today....

heres what we did today:

compared a banda 10k to a stetsom 14k..both amps were STOUT....

score with the 14k stetsom...151.3

score with the banda 10k...151.6

stetsom putting out just a hair more power wise....but both were WELL over 7k

we did see a 5k SoundDigital at the show...nice amp...put out good numbers

i like the new heatsink also

mmm. maybe. im not too sure. and i say that because there has been many companys come out within the past 5 years that many people feel comfortable using and are fond of the products/customer service. I think these amplifiers are defiantly good, and possibly bang for the buck. but i think the market is getting flooded at this point.
