How important is putting at baffle board inside a subwoofer box? And is it used to divide the sealed airspace for each woofer or just as a brace? I'm building a box for 3 10w6's pushed by an alpine mrv 1505 and I was thinking I could just screw some wooden dowels as braces to eliminate flexing, but should the subs be divided into compartments?

generally speaking, seperate chambers for each driver work best...

for those, a 1.5" divided would be best, so 2 of them..

two pieces of 3/4 glued firmly together then screwed in..

it is to seperate teh chambers..
