Bad Week For Me (As a Buyer)

#1 -Ebay- Seller from the same state as me has not been replying to my emails (sent him 3). I paid on 3/5.

Still no reply. I filed a paypal complaint yesterday

#3 -Ebay- Seller said that amplifier would be shipped vis USPS priority mail (and states it in his auction). He instead ships via Parcel. This messes up my install schedule. he does refund me some money for the inconvienence.

Amp arrived fried, but the seller was very nice. Gave me a refund

#4 -ca.com- Seller said he would ship on a certain day, but he does not. Then he says that he will ship the next day. Seller has not replied to my pm yet he has been on the forum.

#2 -Ebay- Item arrived damaged. I sent email to the seller. He said for me to send it back to him for a refund. I emailed him 3 times about the shipping costs (if I had to pay return shipping to him). He has not replied. He claims item was damaged by USPS, but it was well packaged.

Very bad seller. Sent me horrible replies. I bought a graded baseball card (under $8 Shipped) and the casing arrived cracked. He claims that USPS did it but it was well packaged (no way it couldve happened). He took a long time to reply to his emails and when he did he was nasty.

"i don't think it is fair that the item went for less than 8 dollars. that's life though! look i told you i would refund the card. not all the shipping. i understand you are upset about your card being chipped or scratched or whatever it was. we can discuss price when i have the card. i pulled this quote off the listing "The buyer has 7 days to return the item. The item will be refunded." it has also been over 7 days. but i will still refund it if you send it back. i have tried to be reasonable but now i am ready to be done with you so send the card or don't."

He wasnt going to cover shipping. He also lied about USPS damaging the casing. I wasnt going to waste time filing a paypal complaint over $8 so I just left him negative feedback.

his reply to the negative feedback:

"i hope you send it back now. you are a waste of time and unreasonable. next time read the return policy, jackass!!"

oh noes, now seller has 97% feedback!

I hear ya man. I have no luck with 12" RE MT's I bought one off bumpinbuick and when i got it the mag was smashed, So we file a claim and of course UPS says sorry it wasnt our fault. So then I buy one off of ebay and the guys makes a wooden crate for it and sends it out FEDEX. Well i get it and what do ya know. The basket is smashed all to hell. So we open a claim and what do you know, Fedex says well its not our fault. I hate 12" RE MT's...
NOTE* Bumpinbuick did refund my money. Stand up guy!!

I have noticed this about Slammed and I have tried talking to him about this a number of times. IMO this makes Slammed = very, very, bad man.

I waited more than 3 days on the sellers (except on the ca.com member...after 3 fails last week I was worried on the 4th)
