bad rca input or rca cable itself?

I been running this 4-ch power acoustik amp for my front stage and rear fill for 2 years using the same rca cables. Few days ago, I noticed channel 1 (driver-front speaker) would make crackling noises and eventually turn completely off. I checked the connections, mess around with the rca cable and it works back to normal. But will eventually do the same thing after few minutes. Is it possible for the RCA input on the actual amp be bad or is more likely the RCA cables itself? How common can it be for an rca input to go bad on a amp?

rca jacks can break, and cause the sound to cut out... the legs that go into the board snap, and cause it to get a good connection sometimes, then cut out all together...

its a easy fix.....pm me
