before you file a suit talk to the manager, or the Corporate office if they are a franchise. if that doesn't help, contact the better business buero (sp) anf file a complaint there. keep a papertrail so if you do have to file a suit you have proof you tried to resolve it peacefully and you can charge them for the amount of time you spent tirend to resolve this.
