Cd player is Pioneer Premier DEH-P350 2003 model. 3 pre out puts, lots of options. Make offer. The SE is Sold, And the Phoenix gold amp is on ebay. Just look up Phoenix Gold Mono Amplifier

Im not sure on the model #, cause ilost the box, but there the new Blue cone with the silver grill 4-way speakers. I will sell them with the pioneer amp for $80shipped
