Bad Luck

Today I left my house from Ft. Lauderdale to go to Daytona Beach (250mi). Driving the truck earlier I saw smoke coming out of the left front tire. I thought "wow, i fried a break caliper" but it didnt have a pull to the left. so i replace the caliper and head to daytona. half way there the valve cover gasget blows and rains oil all over my moms suburban... wow, this sucks. it was a leaky gasget the whole time. u can fry a break caliper? isnt "fry" used as an electrical mis hap?

um, u cant fry something thats mechanical. caliers are essentially pistons. could "fry" your brake lines if they got too hot (how that would happen? i dunno..)

well, can i use toasted...sorry, lack of better terms... i thought the brake caliper was froze
