Ok I fixed my 1991 mazda minivan MPV a while ago since there is a leakage of coolant in the engine area.

Now it's happening again! I had to park my car in movie theater and walk back home..I am going to try to diagnose the problem again later...

There is a leakage somewhere. I have to plug it up first.

Check your heater core. I had massive radiator fluid leakage when mine broke. Turn your heater on and if it sends smoke through the vents, its the heater core thats broken.
