I said that on page one. If he skided 10 feet and was going 30, at impact I would estimate him to be doing at most 20-25 MPH.

It was damp I don't rember what my speedo was reading right when I hit him but it couldent have been more then 30 because that is what it was right before I slammed on the brakes.

Cop wasent there at the time of the accident so he couldent have said I hit him or whos fault it is.

At 30 MPH at impact I don't see how that much damage could've been done. Shit what the hell would've happened if you would've wrecked on the freeway at 70? That car is a death trap.
