Back Seat HELP!!

A friend just bought 2 Fi BTL's in a box from some dude; the box is to big to jus slid into the trunk so we're going to have to take out the back seat to slide it in. We got the bottom part to pop out, but we have no idea how to get the backrest off.

ITS A '79 IMPALA.

Anyone got any ideas?

They dont fold down correct? I believe the top pushes down and releases from the back shelve there.

A 79 is probably bolted down from inside the trunk.

They didnt have folding rear seats back then.

Theres 2 T50 hex bolts holding the back of it in. They may be hard to see because theyre actually under the seat belt thing that reels the belt in. When you remove the bolts the right and left seat belts come out with them. Good luck with not stripping it.
