Avoid Crescendo Audio (Rant)

Bought a symphony 1500.1 from them last summer that only worked for 6 days. I sent it in for warranty repair which they had no problem with. As more and more time started passing and I hadn't heard from them, I started calling and emailing. Fast forward to December and I'm pissed and start asking for a refund. After more time with no responses, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Apparently they didn't respond to the BBB either and my case was just closed with no amp or refund from them.

Does anyone on here know how to get in contact with Navid to get my **** money back? Tired of this bs.

 
I've heard of quite a few customer service issues with them in the past year or so. Part of the reason I'm not going to be running them even though the orange fits the theme of my vehicle.
