avh-p4000dvd need help, cant stand this hu!!!

Ok first off,

pioneers site sez you can load custom backdrops on this thing... how?

I cant eject the dvd that’s in it, an error message comes up 'eject lock' how the F do I disable this.

third

is there any better manual than the operation manual for this thing that I can get my hands on to answer stuff like this?

I am at my wits’ end with this head unit, there is no master menu to edit from,

the operation manual is next to useless (still makes good toilet paper), pioneers customer service phone number has limited help hours, the website only answers questions people are too lazy to find the answer in there manual, the online techs take forever to get an answer back to you!!!

yeah but I don’t think I hate it enough to take more than a $50 loss on it!

I figured out the eject lock, hold down the eject button along with pushing in the volume knob till it beeps.....

what a stupid **** feature!
