Avalanche blow thru

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/woot.gif.aaa6090e619a97b6090d16dd863c5a69.gif for another avalanche owner, hopefully going to be doing 4 18" over here, build starts next year though:crap:
this is my 6th build since Feb

who knows how long it will stay in

ive already got my eye on a few things

considered 10 8's

off a ton of power

believe me it looks a lot better than the pics. those were before i cleaned up the caulking not that anyone would be able to see it anyway
the baffle took me a couple hours to get right with the way the plastic is back there

im planning on getting some plastic to mold to the baffle that will fill all the little gaps around it as well

it should look like part of thr truck when i get it all done
Looks great

I just hope you wont build this, then decided you don't want it anymore a week later.

Keep on with the pictures!

you goin to double baffle that? Looks like it needs or atleast some bracing!...loving the build tho, If I didn't get my traiblazer I would have gotten and avalanche
i put 1 brace toward the pass side. the port wall should be good for the drivers side

i hate using bracing so i try to avoid it

no on the double baffle

theres a whopping 48 pounds total of subs going in so shouldnt have any issues

who knows with mewas talking to someone about some 2005 12" shocker sigs earlier
You're just like me

I drive with at least 2 diff systems every day

build a box for a 15" eclipse ti tommorow

I had it in a sealed

time to do a 3.6 cube ported

so far this year i have had

4 cadence daytona rvc 15s on a cadence zrs9000d

DD 99z10 on cadence zrs9000d

4 DD 1508s on DD Z1a

2 JL TW5's on 1000/1v2

then the 2 systems i never even got to use

4 MT 18's (ups destroyed 2 of them) was going to be on cadence zrs9000d

4 MT 12's was going to be on 2 DD Z1a's

Bones are you sure about the dual alts? I saw a huge drop in mialge when I installed the 260 amp in my dodge. I would consder on alt with some good batts. Just my 0.02
In the camp that Bones and I are from, the work "thinking" is exactly that, it usually doesn't actually happen, somewhere between thought and action the product changes:laugh:
if i do the dual alts

1 will be for the truck

the other strictly for the system

and for comps just unhook a wire and let them both run the system

if i do that i would be seeing approx 300amps @ idle

looks like it will be LOUD. except ur box looks like turds right now. are u going to carpet or paint the box?
without going back and reading thru the thread i guess i can post it

as ive said several time its been cleaned up. the fact im working in my driveway with a fvcked up saw and a jigsaw with no help. i do pretty good.

it doesnt help i have a broken back and a fvcked up neck either. then theres that cyst on my brain which causes all kinds of problems.

in the bed will be covered with bed liner

the baffle will be plastic color matched to the plastic in the interior
