and the baffle im going to find the same color plastic as the interior that i can mold to it

so it doesnt slide forward on me

as soon as the caulking and glue is dry i am going to clean up the port

i tried some new thing they had

dont need a caulk gun with it

it comes out faster than hell.

i did go thru and smooth everything out not that it mattered but i knew it was there

when i was test fitting the port wall got hit and broke thru

i just left it on there long enough to get it all marked where i needed to cut the baffle

those pieces ARE NOT in there anymore

i cut some new ones out after i mocked it up

believe me it looks a lot better than the pics. those were before i cleaned up the caulking not that anyone would be able to see it anyway

the baffle took me a couple hours to get right with the way the plastic is back there

im planning on getting some plastic to mold to the baffle that will fill all the little gaps around it as well

it should look like part of thr truck when i get it all done

you goin to double baffle that? Looks like it needs or atleast some bracing!...loving the build tho, If I didn't get my traiblazer I would have gotten and avalanche
