I am guessing this is the first 99 board because it has a completely different design from the 99/66 rev b board. It has a 2 ohm/1 ohm switch but no hole in the bottom to change the switch. It does not say HC66 anywhere on the board however even though it has the switch. It only says 99.
Here it is and below compared to a rev B 99/HC66, it's nothing like it at all. Mine actually says "ZED AUDIO 1994" on the lower right.
