Autocad help please!!!!

ok i am trying to make a nice setup in my car using plexi and i need a design cut out of the plexi. i have found a place that will lazer cut it, but they need a CAD file that uses only circular arcs and straight lines. i have a picture of it in monochrome and regualr jpeg.

is this hard to to?

can someone help me with it?

I don't remember if you can scan a file in or not... I used to be pretty good in autoCAD, but haven't messed with it much lately. The only thing that looks difficult is the Mustang, but it shouldn't even be that bad...

free hand in cad = the ****. I think what they're asking for is what the dimensions of all the arcs and what not will be so they can program it into their cutter.

everything you do in cad needs to be in a direction per se, it's not like paint where you just make a picture and call it a day, 1"=1" unless you scale and what not.
