I payed for my tweets a month and a half ago and have yet to see them. I payed for mine on March 2nd and I have not seen them. I don't know what is going on, but I am looking into taking legal action shortly.

Please provide info on my order or I will take legal action. I payed using this email: tid9@hotmail.com

 
I see now that he said they were shipped out last Wednesday...didn't see that post...sorry. I'll see if they arrive today. It was just that he said they'd probably ship out before Monday, April 4th & that was the last post I read.

I feel for you tid9...March 2nd...I'd be pissed too. If I were you, I'd contact Paypal & get my money back.

 
"Please provide info on my order or I will take legal action" - these type of comments crack me up. Unless you have friends from college who were attorneys or family in the biz you'll spend more getting a legal memo typed/sent and less accomplished than you would just emailing/PM'ing him. Just my $.02 because everyone and their mom uses the phrase "I'll have my lawyers call you" but than when you hold 'em to it they don't have a lawyer.

 
I got mine today. I was wondering the delay because he said initially they would ship out Monday & then he said probably before then. So I was thinking Wed of last week is when I'd get them. Nonetheless...got them.

But I do feel sorry for tid9. He paid March 2nd & still hasn't gotten them? That's pathetic.

My advice tid9 is to see what desertheart says & if no reply from him in within a couple of days, I would contact Paypal & get my money back through them.

 
I did not respond to him for all I ever got from him was about a page long letter out of the blue about sueing me, talking to the feds, reporting me to ebay and paypal, lots of 4 letter words, threats etc... My girl was in a bad car accident and doctors visits were taking up most all my free time, that info was sent to him every time he wrote a threatening email. His tweets were shipped and received today via usps priority mail. All tweets were shipped. All tweets were shipped and accounted for.

 
check your email i sent a pic. its labeled with my aol s/n - decay220@aol.com . funny thing is that the shipping box wasnt crushed at all. my dad took 1 look at it and said it was shipped that way. aside from all that, i just need 1 that is not broken because i will be mounting them on top of the 6.5 mids im getting. this 1 would still be perfect for someone who wants to cut the tweeter completely off the ring and use mounting cups or something.

 
OK DESERTHEAT, lets clear this up. I kept all our email communication and can accurately tell this story!!!!

I ordered these tweets for a project I was in the process of completing early in March. The tweets I had installed did not have the sound I was looking for so I decided to pull them out and just order the auras.

I pulled the old tweets out and I paid on MARCH 2nd for the auras. The tweets were supposed to be sent "3-4 day priority mail" according to you, so I figure that my system would be up and running in about a week.

Between March 2nd and March 16th I emailed you asking for a tracking # twice. I never received a tracking number only this message on March 7th :"Yes we did and it is a delivery confirmation # for our records to insure you receive it. That is the way the usps works, it is not a tracking #. They should arrive anytime now for ya!" (So I assumed I would get them within the next few days.)

March 16th comes and goes with no speakers. ( This is 2 weeks after I sent payment)

Then on March 20th (18 days after I paid) you sent a message saying that my tweets had went to another customer in Kansas and that I would have my tweets in a few days. (It took you almost 3 weeks after I paid for you to figure this out!!!!????)

So between March 2nd and March 20th you only contacted me twice about my order after I sent emails on numerous occasions asking for a tracking # or the status of my order. (What kind of customer service is that?????)

On about March 22nd I sent the first mean spirited email asking for a refund or my product. (This is is after 3 weeks of you giving me the run around)

On March 26th you informed me that you wife had been in an accident and I apologized and told you to ship them whenever you got a chance.

On march 28th you sent me an email saying they would be shipped out the next day and that you apologized. I informed you that I understood your situation and that shipping the next day was fine.

March 28th was the last email you sent me. I sent you numerous emails after that asking for a tracking # and you NEVER REPLIED.

I even posted on this forum IN THIS THREAD April 3rd asking that you contact me directly about my order.

It was only AFTER THEN, that I sent emails threating to file a claim with paypal and the internet crimes division of the FBI.

I don't know what kind of business you run, but I am used to better customer service than you provide and don't appreciate you trying to tarnish my name on this board.

This situation could have been totally avoided if you would have provided better customer service and kept me informed on the status of my order. You waited 3 weeks to tell me you had made a mistake and I was pissed by then b/c you had promised 3-4 day delivery.

THE FACT STILL REMAINS THAT I PAID FOR MY ORDER ON MARCH 2ND AND I AM JUST NOW GETTING MY ORDER ON APRIL 8th. THAT IS OVER A MONTH AND IS UNACCEPTABLE BY ANYONES STANDARDS. I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND HAD NOTHING TO SHOW FOR MY THE MONEY I HAD SENT YOU.
