Audison LRx1.1 Fan

Ok...I've got this amp with a nice 40cm fan sitting on the PCB. Everything is nice except the fan runs loud giving its size and rotation speed.I got three solution which I can't decide so I'm open to suggestions.

1) Add an external 120cm low rpm fan outside bottom case cover. Turn on together with amp remote.

2) All of option 1 but take out the internal 40cm fan.

3) Take out the internal 40cm fan. Add a 120cm fan outside bottom case cover but route the power on/off source from PCB board. In this case fan will only run when amp is hot but with lower noise.

Note:mounting is not a problem.

replace with a turbine-style fan of the same size.

the noise is a function of blade design, not just speed. a larger fan at lower speed in a different location may not provide adequate CFM.
