for 400.00 used for 5 hours only, good deal?

Also what is a good pair of highs to compliment this amp? i have a budget of about 800.00 dollars for highs.

or i was going to go with a cadence 4 channel, heard the audison is CLEAN, TRUE power...

going in a 2008 2500hd dmax... so 6" 1/2s..
