Audioque lack luster customer service

I called DJ my first time to make sure he got my money. He knew me by name and gave me an exact day he'd be shipping it out, which he did so.

I called him yesterday to discuss my bass knob, not only did he explain to me that it was only used for times during clipping, he also gave my some tips on putting he right settings on my amp. He also told me some other tweaks. Overall, I was confused at first, by he kept explaining things until I understood what exactly was going on.

A++ Customer Service from Audioque.

thats every company...if you lost the screw due to negligence what do you expect them to do. Hell if you call any company they wont be able to tell you the thread size or diameter of the screws they use.
Anyone who has hired a real engineer to draw schematics will know the screw size.

I have spoke on the phone with DJ, he was to the point and helpful(and i was just asking about his products, had not even purchased). The solution he gave the OP seems to be the most efficient and logical for both parties. If you are smart enough to build and install a system, you should be able to match a thread on a screw.

I actually asked Jacob for some set screws and he charged me $5 for like 7 of them, I didn't need them right away just knew I'd need them eventually. But I can tell you right now if he would've told me he couldn't get them for me then I would've gone to Ace hardware the next day and never thought another thing about it. It's a set screw, who cares.

And as far as Audioque's customer service goes, I started a thread about it a long time ago here:

Wow....

To the OP, why would you even ask DJ? It's 4 days shipping. If you NEED it you would want it now, so why not go to a local store? Come on big boy...

And TS guy, Im pretty sure Fi, DD, and some RE products don't have TS. Some subs don't even spec right. I'm fairly sure AQ's wouldn't spec out in WinISD like you want anyways.

i had the same exact problem, one of my speakers screws vibrated out, they sent me a full set of power, ground rem and all speaker screws, had them in about 3 days...
