Audioque lack luster customer service

I think the company that sells audio equipment should be able to sell replacement parts or at least know their product well enough to give specs on something simple.
I had bad CS from AQ also. Bought a pair of HDC3 18's, they didn't come with T/S parameters. E-mailed about that and DJ gave me an enclosure size, not what I asked for. I wanted to build a box to my specs, I don't like a 40HZ tune. I called another time and asked if the Aluminum coil specs are similar and was told that he would get me T/S parameters. A week goes by and I send another e-mail...no answer. Another week and I ask if I can just return the subs. No answer...he just stopped replying. I know I am a "needy" customer when all I want is T/S parameters like every other audio company supplies so that you can build a box other than recommended sizes. Terrible CS, flame away. Just my $.02
You're ****ing retarded //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

The parameters are on the website

which company give t/s parameters for your specific sub. unless there is a machine making every sub exactly the same they are all gonna have different t/s parameters. any company that provides t/s is just a generalization. which what AQ puts on their site. **** GLN for someone who hates their CS you sure did buy alot from them. everyone hop off the AQ bandwagon someone hates their CS....GLN was the first to jump ship....I know i love the CS i've got Dj's number and he has no problems doing anything for me. even dimensions of a sub as i'm making cuts....MUCH RESPECT AND PROPS TO AQ.

So I'm being led to believe your mad because your sheyot vibrated a screw loose?

I may just be lost here fella?
Never looked at it like that........lol

Guy is hitting hard enough with AQ stuff that he's shaking screws loose, but won't be buying future products because the owner can't give him a screw or tell him the size....

If you are worried about T/S specs for choosing a box other than the builder recommends...why did you buy a woofer first, then inquire about the specs later?

which company give t/s parameters for your specific sub. None, they have specs for aluminum coil subs, but not copper.

unless there is a machine making every sub exactly the same they are all gonna have different t/s parameters. any company that provides t/s is just a generalization. which what AQ puts on their site.

Take a hard look, here is the quote from their site just above the parameters.

Note: Parameters taken of random single sampling of NIB subwoofers with no pre-break-in. Parameters for 8-layer flat wound aluminum voice coils only. No multiple samples averaged

They don't have the copper coil sub parameters on their site at all. I wouldn't have even minded a set of specs taken from one random sample so I can see ''sort of'' how the subs will perform. ALMOST ALL other companies have specs for each series/type of sub they carry...not too much to ask.

**** GLN for someone who hates their CS you sure did buy alot from them.

bought the equipment, hated the CS after that...

everyone hop off the AQ bandwagon someone hates their CS....GLN was the first to jump ship

No ship for me to jump from....was just trying them out hoping for good results...never happened.

I'm glad you had a good experience...I didn't. Take that for what it is
