Audioque lack luster customer service

Little frustrated at Aq's customer service. I was nice enought to drop almost 8 bills on 2 aq2200's and my sub vibrated out one of the speaker terminal screws. I asked if I could order some more and was told "we don't stock them". I then replied "ok, What's the length and thread so i can look for some more. Their answer was "best to take another one into home depot with you and search for one." In short won't be purchasing another one of their products.

uh thats not bad customer service really. had the same thing a few years back with kicker. they told me to go to a hardware store. best thing to do is stop b itching, do it right the first time and tighten down the screws a little tighter and be dne with it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

thats every company...if you lost the screw due to negligence what do you expect them to do. Hell if you call any company they wont be able to tell you the thread size or diameter of the screws they use.

lol common sense would tell you to take an extra to the hardware store with you so you can measure it up. Why even call them thats such a simple and immediate fix, but i guess you wanna wait on shipping.

It was an unused speaker terminal. It's not like there was speaker wire for it to grab to. How much do you want to crank on a solid terminal. Nice way to strip it.

2 aq2200d stacked and strapped.

This seems like common sense as well as the easiest/cheapest fix. I've done that exact thing to get extras for my amps. They only cost like $0.50-$0.75. Not understanding how you took that as bad service. That's just a straight up no BS answer.
