Audioque lack luster customer service

Do you really think that there will be that big of difference in performance in the same box? If you take a copper vs. aluminum in the same box, I would like to see how big of a difference there is.
No idea, no numbers to make a comparison...maybe it would be no difference...could be a huge difference.

If you are worried about T/S specs for choosing a box other than the builder recommends...why did you buy a woofer first, then inquire about the specs later?
Almost all companies include the specs in the box with the subs...I expected that here and was dissapointed. I mean even the cheap Phoenix Gold RSD subs have the specs....

So basically you are pissed because you assumed and didn't do your homework about the product. Doesn't sound like that is the businesses fault //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

So of ALL the people that have had great success with them, you couldn't ask or RESEARCH before you dropped your paper on them? I mean how did you find out about the company in the first place?

ok how is a screw or some t/s specs (which i know Mlstrass doesnt have either unless he used the woofer tester, which if you want specs of your own sub instead of a generalization) major problem....i'm sorry but i can pay the money for the woofer tester (but it wasnt needed as i used the aluminum specs and came out just fine) or you could do what alot of competitors do which is test tune test tune test tune test (and if that doesnt work then you rebuild) if you dont have the money for that dont complain. GO BUY JL you fegs

Ok, I think I understand this thread. You are mad because you can't figure out the size of a screw? And this is DJ's fault because you're stupid?

BTW that battery rack is *****in! Where can I get one?

Honestly, DJ is one of the best customer service guys I've ever dealt with. The many times I've called him with questions about the HDC3's when I was still researching them, he was more than willing to spend ample time with me on the phone, analyze my set-up and give me suggestions and even helped me with some wiring issues I had. Terribly knowledgeable in the general car audio field. That and talking to the guy who makes the subs is a whole lot better than talking to someone foreign who can barely speak English like every other company has for CS these days

Hate to jump on the bandwagon, but fuk man, its just a set screw. I'd hate to see you run into a real problem.
