I bought a HDC3 12" sub about a month ago from Audioque. I have bought many subs from them but this one was defective. I sent it in on mon.(last week) and i emailed them tonight and they told me its being repaired under warranty already. I have to give them credit for their amazing customer service along with great products. Thanks AQ(Dj),

I'd call again. Usually companies like this will bend over backwards for you to earn your business. I needed a set of mounts for my Focal tweeters that I didn't have. I purchased my Focals used from a guy on another forum. Even with no receipt for them and everything else, they sent me a free set of mounts with all the mounting hardware.

Dont lose it. But im sure they will help you out or go to any hardware store and they will have them.

Glad you got it figured out.

Anyways, I just thought i would start a thread because i dont see as many CS threads about audioque as sundown. I think AQ is right there with Sundown, they do a great job and make great products!

Nice, its great to hear about good customer service. I dunno about everyone but good customer service is probably 50% of what drives me to buy a product..the other 50% is obviously quality. I hate when business owners act like they know everything and are greater than you and think you deserve there business.

i love those hdc3s they got. i just saw 2 15 aluminums take 8kwatts and do a 152 in a trunk. nice subs.

as far as customer service, dj has always helped me out with any questions ive had about their products. its always nice when the owner answers your emails and not some nobody

Bad glue joint on one of the spiders. Says its the first time he has seen it.
