Audioque charging for shipping on black friday :/ ?

Just wanted to know if any of you CA guys were getting charged too cause it says " Black Friday Sale, 15% off all items, and free shipping.Valid from: 11/12/2012 - 11/27/2012 "

but For some reason when i go to check out it charges me for shipping , any input guys ?
