Audioque 2200D vs. Kicker 08ZX2500.1

sony xpold amps are good
Now thats just mean....

Any way i say go kicker those BL's will luv he extra power. Buuttttttt you could do the AQ still be very loud, save a lil cash, and use the rest of that cash you would have spent on the kicker to up grade your electrical. May be with a couple of upgrades to your electrical u can push that AQ amp a lil bit more...

you could just about get 2 AQ 2200's for the price of 1 Kicker 2500.1. Both are good amps but I do not see the Kicker putting out that much more power for the amount of money they go for, unless you are getting a really good deal. I would personally go with AQ because they are very good amps. Very strong and reliable. And you can not beat the price. I run 2 and i swear that they do more than 2200 RMS.

listen, keep your sony shenanigans to you and your friend
don't bring that bullsh!t to the forum

You test that with a DMM?

x2. and you can find a used zx for a decent price if you search the forums and have a little patience. how much are the 2200's going for again?
about 350 - 375 shipped. Roughly the same price as the zx1500.1's go for. I think that for the money the AQ is a great amp, but if you want more power, get the kicker. If you really want power though, and cheap price, I have heard a lot of good stuff about the Crunch GP3000D's!

I think Kicker lies on it's birthsheets //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/sneaky.gif.7189749b3a3f769e8815b47e8ae87f88.gif

Its not that they lie on the birthsheet, its that they put the MAX power rating on it. Max power rating IMO are very deceptive cause in most cases it is unusable power in anything other than a straight SPL application.

Ah okay then, yeah I was looking at my ZX350.4 birthsheet today and noticed it said max power. Hadn't noticed that before //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
