audiopulse axis wiring question

my friend helped me wire my sub. he has a tc3000 and he wired mine the same as his. thilo told him to wire it like that. the way the sub is wired is a little confusing. there are wires going everywhere. its a little weird because when i hook my sub to my friends mtx te1501 amp it almost sounds louder than my aq2200d. i would think more power would push that sub harder. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif:confused: so if i wire the sub the same as the wiring diagram on the rockford website what exact load will it have?

do like i said and measure each coil if you want to know for sure
ok i measured each coil and they both read 2.8 ohms. i checked the wiring and it was the same as it said on the wiring diagram. the overall wiring still reads 1.6 ohm. what should i do? thanks

i have an axis 15 with dual 2 ohm. right now i have it wired up at around 1.6 ohm (multimeter). that sub os hooked to a aq2200d. for some reason it doesn't seem like there is 2200 watts being used. did i wire it wrong? anyone have any suggestions or wiring diagrams? thanks
edit

(never mind, i thought this was a quad coil)
