10 Inch Subwoofers reccomended? 500RMS @ 4 ohms in Honda Fit

Looking for clean good hitting single subwoofer at 500 Watt RMS at 4 Ohms. So far I'm looking at the Type R 1022D 10, RE audio SE 10" or should I go bigger wattage and run it underpowered? Any other suggestions or different sub setup would be welcomed. Not really on a budget either. Goal is aimed towards high quality with a kick. Amp used will be PPI PCX1500. Will be running this along with Alpine 9887 HU, alpines 17SPX-REF components set up in a Honda FIt. I listen to mostly Hip hop, R&B, and techno. Once in a while some Rock/alternative. I would like to go ported box. More options would be greatly appreciated since I am still very open minded at the moment.
