Audiopipe AP30001D, is the remote knob a bass boost or actual gain knob?

Well aint that gay, I was really hoping it would be an actual gain control
I don't see why everyone needs a remote gain control. All your going to do when you turn up the gain on the remote is create a clipped waveform and probably cook the amp. Just set the gain on the amp with a DMM or better yet a oscilloscope and leave it at that setting.

Said I was pretty sure you dumb fucking gutter snipe, as in I am to lazy to look for the info for your dumb ass. You seem like the type that likes solid info, so here is some, **** my mother fucking dick white boy;)
Then why post anything at all if youre not sure, instead of leaning someone towards the WRONG answer, you noob.

And youre stupid to, you set the gain proper at the amp with a dmm, then you have control on the gain witht ehj knob at the drivers seat, have the lady in the car and shes not into the boom, turn it down a bit, friends that arent into the boom or wanna just listen to some loud quitar, turn it down a bit

What dont you get fuktard??

Yeah, that would be nice.

Or should I say, that is nice. On my AQ 1200D.

Enjoy your shitty amp without it!

STFU NOOB. You cant even spell, go find a dictionary retard. Go ahead and use the crappy bass boost remote and see what happens to your subs. IDIOT !!

Why even post a question if all your going to do is be a noob and think you know everything.

QuantumAudio why don't you just stick the remote up your ***, if all your going to do is be a retard and argue with us.

Sweet thread.

Its a gain. I asked the same question for the ap15001d and i just tried it myself, and its the gain. You can tell by just hooking it up and adjusting it anyways. If it just sounds like more bass, its the bass. If you can turn it all the way down and it has no sound, its obviously a gain. My ap15001d is a GAIN remote that came with it.

And you set the max gain on the amp to whatever the hell you want, and the remote wont let the gain go over that. It only adjust up to that max level that its set on the amp.

What I was thinking, but I did not care enough to help op to go and search:veryhapp:

to answer the OP and back up westman, it's a gain remote. my ap15001d can be turned completely off by turning the knob to it's lowest setting.

But you guys can continue with your keyboard commando game if you like, I always need a good read now and again.
