audiopipe 3000.1 cutting in & out!

i have a ap 3000.1d and at higher volumes it cuts out.voltage never drops below 13 volts, so it's not the problem. gain set to 1/2, bass boost 1/2 sub level at -2.

when it cuts out, i lower it, and it immediately comes back on.

it should be an easy fix (i hope so)

open to any suggestions

Is it at 1ohm? if so...thats your problem. same with me.

turn bass boost all way down and see what happens, also how did u decide to set the gain at 1/2?

Your electrical is not up to par. That is your problem.

i was anxious to hook it up ,so i just put it on 1/2. i really think my problem is gain or bass boost related, but i can't do nothing until tomorrow, my neighbors will call the po po on me!

other than it cutting out, this sucker jams!

What does your electrical look like? Are you running it bridged at 1ohm?

Your electrical is not up to par. That is your problem.

i'm running the amp at it's rated 2 ohm capacity. how's my electrical not up to par if i'm dropping no lower than 13volts ?

You running 1/0 to the amp? if you are, its more than likely your gain. You need to set it right.
