at work right now but google image it. it is a nice looking amp but it is huge and it does need alot of power. all chrome with flames and blue accent lighting. just make sure you keep the fans clean and dont try to run it at less than 1 ohm. they dont like that too muchCan u post a pic of the a2300hct?
It's all overrated garbage. Every single thing they put that name on. And the chrome and light? ReallyAnd your reasoning behind this is what?
Not that type of person. How about clamping the "1800" getting 400 watts clean. Not everybody is a forum troll. He heard somebody else say it on a forum
they are far from the best looking/performing amp and nobody is disputing that. but to call everything they ever made garbage isnt exactly accurate. i can only speak from my personal experience, the amp worked flawlessly for 10+ years and like i said out powers my rubicon. looks are subjective and to most they are cheesy but i dont show my stuff off so i dont have to worry about that. It's all overrated garbage. The rubicon is not a big improvement but I think you did something wrong.they are far from the best looking/performing amp and nobody is disputing that. but to call everything they ever made garbage isnt exactly accurate. i can only speak from my personal experience, the amp worked flawlessly for 10+ years and like i said out powers my rubicon. looks are subjective and to most they are cheesy but i dont show my stuff off so i dont have to worry about that.
I got my amp on trade for 3 12w3s that were collecting dust so I didn't pay a large amount for that amp. I've seen people clamp the a2300hct and get just over 2000 watts rms. your clamp readings are not an opinion but you saying they are garbage is. Any current audiobahn stuff is subpar and most of their old stuff is too but not everything. 10+ years of solid use and you are going to tell me my amp is unreliable? It's not about having a comp level setup. It's about spending money wisely. Reliable, quality, not buying something that's going to cost more in the long run to get the most out of it. How are clamp test opinions?
Or maybe they started off with junk that forum gods told them to get and finally realized its not worth it.SMH, they do rated clamped a few about 10 years ago, they are ugly, but looks dont mean much..They hold up just fine unless you abuse them, if you can get them at a reasonable price then go for it...The HCT or whatever they are called where a bit power hungry from what I remember but if you have a stout electrical go for it..
Good rule of thumb dont trust people that have nothing but overpriced high end stuff in there sig //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
They probably have never touched half the stuff they speak negatively on
