audiobahn amps for type r's??

I got a good deal on the auidobahn hc2200 amps but they are the 2001 models but are still 1600 watts. I got 2 of them to push 4 type r's that are 2 ohms. Will this thump or will it sound like crap?

yes i will sound good since amplifying has no effect on sQ.
