I am in pretty dire need of help. To make my question more basic, I would like to know if there is any way to figure out which function belongs to which wire. Yes, I have a meter. I have no clue which wire is ground nor if the antenna is the ground. I have tried checking the factory wiring, but someone must have changed all of the wiring because not even one of them corresponds(aside from the antenna,of course). Taking the above into consideration...
1)How can I determine the ground?
2)What are the other 7 wires for?
3)In the back of the original (Factory Ford) system two of the wires were paired alone(blue and yellow) what might the fuction(s) for the wires be?
If it would be any help, the color code that I have is as follows:
1)Blue w/ Gray rectangles
2)yellow w/ orange rectangles
...those two are the ones mentioned in question 3.
3)pink w/ red rectangles
4)brown w/ green rectangles
5)pink w/ black stripe and red rectangles
6)orange w/ gray rectangles
7)brown w/ white stripe
8)gray w/ brown rectangles
If I am not mistaken, the speaker wires are located elsewhere which I will stray from mention, for clarity's sake.
