We (SSA) had almost no warranty issues selling their equipment. Nelson was always fun to talk shop with at shows. They did have occasionally some very interesting products, like their marine pro series speaks for example.

Not sure if it’s something I’ll be able to do or not but I’m sure it wouldn’t be to hard for someone that knows what they’re doing. I don’t know if it’s even worth the cost of shipping back and forth to someone and the cost of the repair. When I get the time I’m gonna look at it a little more. I haven’t pulled the end plate off yet to get a real good look. I was pissed when I pulled the back off and saw it and just put it back on and back in the box.It looks like an easy fix to me but obviously I don't know what tools or skills you have. And yeah pretty sure that's shipping damage
