Audio and power lines together now a hum when braking

I have been having a humming noise through the speakers when I apply the brake. The noise is gone at all other times. The power and speaker wires are running along with the power lines for the brake lights/blinker into the trunk. I am thinking this why I hear the noise when I brake. Other than moving all the cables would a noise filter or a ground loop isolator help? Also would I install these at the radio or at the amp in the trunk.

Thanks
