just got the alt in the car today. so far so good with it. not tuned in at all for carlisle yet. gotta play round with it. gonna hopefully meet up with erie on sunday and get some meter time. ill be at work friday but i can boot out for a lil if your comin up through this way

my build is straight for daily / bassrace. i am not out to be the loudest car, and i am not out to break my equip. so i take it easy give myself some head room and dial it in for 139.9. its gonna be a 39.9 machine by years end

Well had a pretty interesting day.

2 amps strapped at 2 ohm 149.2:crap: re wire them to .25 apiece roll into a 150.7 and pulled the spider ring off the landing:crap:

Since it came off so cleanly( lack of glue on spider landing, my fault) I centered and re glued it.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Back in the box it goes.

Pulled the 2nd amp and pushed the box back.

Test with 1 5k at .5 trunk un sealed

Test with same settings trunk sealed this time

Final stages and a permanent seal job ( has shown to gain .5-.8) under way next.

Coils are fine at retarded levels, cone,surround,dust cap...no issues.
