A couple of my friends have some.

Rolo's hitting 146's out of two with double the power in a cav. trunk.

and to the guy saying you won't hit 150's with one sub, you are wrong. 1 t.s.n.s in a civic at the shop was hitting 151 on 10k.

Just saying man, and for my and my sh**y orion 148's are pretty **** nice. Unless you want to run a very expensive setup a one sub app to hit 150 might be a good idea with the space issue.

a sub alone isnt going to get him into the 50's. and a 6" port in 6.5 cubes isnt a huge port.

no shit but to fit an 18 into a trunk... it is a big port man.

i know its possible to get into the 150's with a single sub, i meant just because he has a level 5 doesnt mean hes going to be able to get that high.

what do the hdc3 take daily will they take 2000 daily.or what about wmds do you know anything about those was curious to see what these do

I run an hdc3 15" in my daily setup with a sundown 1500 at a .5ohm. I would say 2k daily with the aluminum coil would be fine. The wmd's are good subs and PAP has been great with everything I've ordered from them.

Yes the orion on 35hz.

yes a term on the dash, with similar spl in the kick actually. Seemed to be around a .1db difference give or take a tad.

Pics up tomorrow. I have to clean all the ice and snowcrud off my car .

I'll shoot some pics of my alt setup too. Maybe a vid of some roof and shield flex for fun.

as for a nonsealed off box, an 18 is hard to fit in a trunk with a large port. I can barely get 6^3 in my trunk with a 5" port and still a reasonable tuning. Literally about an 1/8" play on any side when sliding in.

Maybe the car just doesn't like bass and it spits it all out like chew.?
