Added a little extra bracing, biggest piece that made a huge difference to my surprise was...see in my sig pic that middle piece stretching vertically on the baffle? Basically added one of those on the outside as well, which stopped the baffle from flexing, and then I spent some time working on sealing up the port holes which were still very leaky (like the area around them where they fit into). They still are a little leaky but like I said it's quite a bit audibly louder so apparently it made quite a difference //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifwhat did u do to strengthen it?
Oh, also switched amps to an rd3250.1 (rated about the same at 2 ohms), didn't notice a HUGE difference with that but it was audible I think, with about the same voltage drop, so it's a gain in efficiency and overall power because of it, and hopefully even a little more power once I add the batcaps
