I figured since my emails dont make it to you ill post this here. i tested the amp again today and it really did not do anything different. the most i got out of it was 14v AC. i had 14.5 - 15.5 going in. 1/0 wire right from the Alternator to a secondary battery, then 1/0 to the power inputs on the amp. car has a 145a alternator and voltage did not drop more than a tenth of a volt. i set my meter ( the fluke) to read peak AC voltage and the highest it got was 14.0 . the small red craftsman meter is the input voltage.
ive owned quite a few amps, this is my third sundown and ive never had this problem. anything you can think of im doing wrong?
