ATTN Box Designers! Please Help

I have a question about port length. I used the stickied how-to on designing a slot ported box. I came up with a box that is 33" wide x 14" high x 13.69" deep. The port is 3" wide and needs to be 34.26" long for a desired tuning of 32hz according to winisd. I am now just stuck on how to calculate the length of wood needed for the port pieces using 3/4 mdf. Your help is appreciated

It's super easy to just draw it out and figure the length by drawing a line down the center of the port.

there is a right way, a generic half way right way....and then the its sorta in the area way. haha
