so i sell you a brand new optima yellow and for some weird reason you take it to autozone to get tested.....why would you do that in the first place ???? wtf did you do

alright now autozone cant even properly test an optima most testers will say it has a bad cell or some crap

hey man, just got that battery you sold me tested at autozone this mourning and it failed. They said it was resting at the right voltage but the cranking amps wasn't right, and that it was a bad battery. If that's the case, i want my money back.

i got mad testing stuff its a fact autozone and other places cannot properly test agm batts

im telling the guy make sure its fully charged and run it and u have to charge very very slow with a small schumacher charger like mine from walmartsss dont set it to turtle even slower set it to the snow flake

Just to let you know (me being a former Advance Auto Parts Regional manager) employees are not supposed to test AGM batteries with the lead acid battery tester. It will ruin the batteries. Must of been a dumb-as-s at Autozone that didn't know any better. You need to tell the guy who bought your battery there is a reason they make specific chargers for AGM batteries

Did you explain that the positive wire goes to the red terminal with the plus on it and the negative wire goes to the black terminal with the minus on it? It would clearly be your fault if not...
